Driving Directions:

From the Subway:  Take the E/F to Union Turnpike Station.  The Opal offers free shuttle service every 30 minutes to and from the station during regular commuter hours.  Otherwise, take the Q46 towards LIJ Hospital and get off at Union TP/150 St  Head east on UP then make a left onto 153rd St.  The building will be on your right.

From LIE East: Take Exit #23 (Main St). Turn right on Main St. Turn left on 77th RD. Turn left at 153rd St into The Opal.

From LIE West: Take Exit #23 (Main St). Turn left on Main St. Turn left on 77th Rd. Turn left at 153rd St. into The Opal.
